Sorry, my English is very weak, and am new to mailing lists, I developed a
plugin for mantis and would put it on their list of plugins

This plugin uses a jQuery library called Chosen and I developed a plugin
for mantis this work for us.

put your plugin - what we need is the link to where your plugins' source
code is.

to transfer ownership of the repository to the org, and let me know when
you're done.

I invite you to *rename* it to *jQueryChosen* or something similar (it does
not make sense to have plugins start with 'Mantis')

I also recommend to add a README file (in English) and to reference your
plugin in the above-mentioned wiki page.

As for the name change, I sought more still have not found how to change
the name of the repository, when changes are ready I will notify you.

You will also want to provide English text (in chosen.js), and add support
for translations. See Snippets plugin for an example
