[mantisbt-dev] Proposal for a new plugin "EasyEnter"

Hello everyone,

some weeks ago I wrote a simple Mantis-plugin which may be useful for some other
people as well.

Name of the plugin:
EasyEnter

Description:
Reduce the fields shown in the bug-reporting form to the configured fields (e.g.
show only the most important fields "summary" + "description"). Prefill other,
hidden fields with configured values and define which access level should see
the "EasyEnter"-form and which should see the common, complete form.



Have a look at the README.md at https://github.com/fg-ok/EasyEnter for further
information (there is a screenshot included as well).

For my scenarios this plugin is really helpful especially for _getting_
feedback/bug reports/feature requests at all! Maybe and hopefully this can be
useful for others as well, so have a look!


I would appreciate it very much if this plugin would become a part of the
MantisBT plugin repository!

I created a new team in mantisbt-plugins for your plugin, and sent you
an invitation.

This is the first time I do this since Github changed the way they
handle access rights in orgs, so I'm not 100% sure about what privileges
you'll get once you accept the invitation; if you're not able to
transfer ownership of your plugin after you join, let me know and I'll
try to fix it.
