Is there a problem with translatewiki and/or siebrand?

Did you try e-mailing him directly or catching him on IRC or Skype ? He does
not usually respond to notifications from the tracker. Also note that he
changed e-mail address sometime last year (the xs4all.nl one is not
used/valid anymore)
